Vital Words to the
Body of Christ
Teaching the Everlasting Gospel of God's Kingdom
“And Moses wrote all the words of the LORD, and rose up early in the morning, and builded an altar under the hill, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel. And he sent young men of the children of Israel, which offered burnt offerings, and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen unto the LORD.” Exodus 24:4-5
Moses sent his young men of the children of Israel, which offered burnt offerings, and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen unto the Lord.
“I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father. I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.” I John 2:13-14
The young men are those who are strong, God’s Word lives in them, and they hae overcome the wicked one. The wicked one is the old man nature, the man of sin which dwells in each of us.
“And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain [was] full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.” II Kings 6:15-18
When the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, his Spiritual eyes were opened and he saw the protection of God. He was no longer in the servant realm. In verse 16, he was in fear with the enemy, but when his eyes were Spiritually opened, his fears were overcome. He became a young man of God.
“And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great. And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted. And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him. But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.” Mark 16:4-7
When Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome entered into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side. God’s sheep are on the right hand of the Father. This young man was clothed in a long, white garment which represents the robe of righteousness. In verse 6, the young man said to them, “Be not afraid.” Today God’s people have not overcome their fears. He also said unto them, “He is risen, He is not here! The church is still looking for Jesus in the manger, or on the cross, or in the grave. But He is not there. He is risen! He is on the throne, ruling and reigning as Christ Jesus our Lord.
As John said, “I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.”
