The Strong's Concordance is a tool that shows the meanings of every word in the Bible. Using the Strong's Concordance we find out who the Holy Spirit is.

4151G penuma  from 4154G:   God's breath, the blowing of the wind

the Spirit of the Lord, the Spirit of Christ, the Spirit of Truth

Do we need to baptized with the Holy Spirit?  _Yes_

God's words tell us the answer:

John 3:8   "The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof,
but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth:  so is every one that is born
          of the _Spirit_."

The Holy Ghost and the Holy Spirit mean the same thing.
Many Scriptures reveal who the Holy Spirit is.

Psalm 143:10    Teach me to do Thy will; for thou art my God:  Thy Spirit is
__good__;  lead me into the land of uprightness.

Romans 8:10  "The Spirit is  __life__ because of righteousness."

I John 5:6    It is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is _truth_.

Matthew 3:16   ". . . and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a  _dove_,
           and lighting upon Jesus:

What a wonderful promise!
