When we open the Bible to the Old Testament, the first words we see are, "In the beginning God . . ." Genesis 1:1a. When we ask, "Who is this God?" we get a blank look, and the answer we get is, "He is God! That's all." But we can know this God and the name of God.

In verse two we read, ". . . and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters" Genesis 1:2c. So in the beginning we have not only God, but also the Spirit of God. When we go to the New Testament, the beloved John informs us:

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." John 1:1

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God. So the God of Genesis 1:1 was also the Word. And in John 1:3 we learn:

"All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made." John 1:3

So the Word was the Creating God. John also reveals:

"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us . . ." John 1:14a

So, how was the Word made flesh? Three times in the New Testament, we are informed the Holy Ghost overshadowed Mary, and Jesus was conceived in her womb:

"Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as His mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost." Matthew 1:18

"But while he thought on these things, behold the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost." Matthew 1:20

"And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God." Luke 1:35

There can be no doubt the Holy Ghost (or the Holy Spirit, which are the same) fathered Jesus. So the Holy Ghost was Jesus' Father. Therefore Jesus was called the Son of God.

But John recorded, ". . . the Word was made flesh . . ." The Word, the Creating God, became flesh. Praise the Lord!

Paul revealed to the churches in Galatia:

"But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth His Son, made of a woman, made under the law," Galatians 4:4

The Son of God was born of woman, like every other person who has ever lived except the original Adam. The Word, was made flesh so mankind could relate to God in the flesh realm. Paul revealed this to the church at Rome:

"For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:" Romans 8:3

God sent His Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for all who will receive it, condemned sin in the flesh. Jesus had the same flesh as every other man on earth. The only difference was Jesus had another blood line. The blood line comes from the father. Jesus was not a Jew or any other nationality.

Jesus had to deal with all the fleshly issues as every other man. Paul wrote to the Hebrews:

"Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin." Hebrews 4:14-15

Our Great High Priest, Jesus Christ, was tempted as every other man, but was without sin.

As Paul wrote to the Galatians, Jesus was born of woman. To understand how He became the Son of man we must look at the creation:

"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness . . ." Genesis 1:16 a

"So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He Him: male and female created He them." Genesis 1:27

For procreation purposes, everything God created, He created male and female. So when Jesus was born of woman, fathered by the Holy Spirit, He was not only the Son of God, but He became the son of man. As the son of man He is our example of how we should live. As Peter informs us:

"For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps:" I Peter 2:21

Why must we follow in Jesus' steps? We must follow in His steps to get to where Christ is, back to our created place in God.

As we continue our search for the identity of the God of Genesis 1:1, we need to look again to the words of the beloved John. In the beginning was God. He was the Word and He was the Spirit.

"For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." I John 5:7

This is the only place in the Bible where the Word replaces the Son, or Jesus. Heaven is the Spiritual realm of God, and there are three who bear record of who the God of Genesis is:

First, He is the Father, or progenitor, the beginning of all things, the Creator.

Second, He is the Word. The Word was made flesh and died for all the sins of mankind. As the Word made flesh, He is our Saviour.

Third, He is the Holy Ghost - - - the Holy Ghost is the Holy Spirit anointing we all seek.

But we must go further in our understanding. The Holy Spirit is the Christ anointing. Jesus spoke to His disciples:

"Then charged He His disciples that they should tell no man that He was Jesus the Christ." Matthew 16:20

Jesus informed His disciples that they were not to reveal He was "Jesus, the Christ," the anointed of the Father. Jesus did not want His disciples to inform the people who He (Jesus) was. He wanted the people to recognize who Christ, the anointing was. He did this to bring glory to the Father and not to Himself. Jesus' whole desire was to give all glory and honor to Christ, the anointing in His life. Paul revealed in his letter to the Corinthians:

"But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God." I Corinthians 1:24

Christ is not only the anointing, Christ is the power and wisdom of God. So, as John revealed, the three witnesses in the Spiritual realm are:

The Creator
The Saviour
And the Power of God

The anointing was the power in Jesus life to do the works. This is why Jesus always gave credit to the Father for the miracles He did. His Father was the Holy Spirit. So when Jesus gave credit to the Father, in reality He was giving credit to the power in His life.

These three witnesses were all resident in Jesus Christ, our example. Paul recorded:

"For in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily." Colossians 2:9

The fullness of the Godhead includes the Creator, the Saviour, and most of all, The Power.

As we attempt to identify the God in Genesis 1, we need to look at the second letter Paul wrote to Timothy:

"Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began." II Timothy 1:9

Our calling in God was in Christ Jesus before the world began. In order to understand this, we must have a thorough understanding of who Christ Jesus is. We all recognize Jesus Christ, the Word made flesh, the Son of man, but what of Christ Jesus? The first mention of Christ Jesus is in the book of Acts:

"Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on Him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus." Acts 19:4

John's baptism was unto repentance. After we have repented and become part of God's salvation plan, then who are we to believe in, and look to? It is Christ Jesus! Christ Jesus is the Risen, Glorified, All Powerful Anointing that is to become our whole life.

Jesus revealed to His disciples after His resurrection:

"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth." Matthew 28:18

If Jesus was given ALL POWER in heaven and in earth, who then has any power except Christ Jesus, the Risen, Glorified Christ? Christ Jesus was present before the foundation of the earth. We should note, Paul did not say all power was given to Christ Jesus on earth, but in earth, our earth, our bodies. Praise the Lord.

So who is the God of Genesis 1? It is Christ Jesus. To understand this further, we need to consider John's revelation given to him on the Isle of Patmos:

"And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship Him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world." Revelation 13:8

The Lamb of God, Jesus was slain from the foundation of the world. If He was slain from the foundation of the world, does it not stand to reason His resurrection was also in the Spiritual realm before the foundation of the world?

So then, the Risen, Glorified, Christ stood in His place as God from the beginning of time, and has been revealed to us in this last hour of time so we can not only know God, but the power of God. Genesis 1:2 tells us:

". . . the Spirit moved upon the face of the water . . .

We know the water represents the Word. Today the Spirit is still moving on the face of the Word to reveal His power and wisdom in His Word.

As we begin to understand the power in Jesus' life, we begin to understand God has promised this same power to those who are His who were called before the world began. As we begin to look further into Jesus, the Christ, John gives us insight as to the anointing Jesus had in His life.

"For He whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto Him." John 3:34

Jesus was not given the Spirit by measure. He had the fullness of the Spirit working in His life. John recorded Jesus' words:

"I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and My judgment is just; because I seek not Mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent Me." John 5:30

Jesus knew that without the anointing, He could no nothing. Without the anointing, He would have been just another mortal man. But by the anointing, Hhe could judge and do the Father's will because He had no will of His own. His only will was to be pleasing to His Father which was the Holy Spirit anointing in His life.

Jesus was the perfect vessel for the Holy Spirit to flow through, because Jesus had no will, no agenda of His own. Today many try to make Jesus, God in the flesh. We hear such things as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. So according to those who do not understand, it would seem we have three Gods. Jesus proclaimed:

"Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved Me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for My Father is greater than I." John 14:28

Jesus revealed the Father was greater than Himself. So if those who believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost - - - they must also agree there is a greater God, the Father, and a lesser God, the Son - - - and where they put God, the Holy Spirit, we do not know. But as John proclaimed, ". . . these three are one . . .", and you cannot separate them, or you have a fragmented God. This is what has caused so much confusion with believers.

As we understand what Jesus revealed, we look further at His Words:

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on Me, the works that I do shall He do also; and greater works than these shall He do: because I go unto My Father." John 14:12

Jesus has promised us an anointing so we can do even greater works than He did, because after His resurrection He returned to His position as the Father. As John recorded, the Father position was greater than Jesus obtained as the Son. It was when He returned to His position as the Father, Christ Jesus, that He had all power in heaven and in earth.

Many may ask, " If Jesus had stated we would do the greater works, then why do we not see the greater works being done?" The simple answer is, "We have not yet received the greater works anointing."

Jesus received the Spirit without measure. The anointing we receive now is not the anointing without measure, it is the cloven tongue anointing that came on the Day of Pentecost. The cloven tongue anointing is the cleansing anointing to clean us up so we can receive the greater works anointing. In the book of Romans, Paul explained this as the firstfruit anointing:

"And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body." Romans 8:23

We have only received the firstfruits of the Spirit. This firstfruit anointing is to bring us to the adoption of Sons and to the Spirit without measure, which will be the redemption of the body. To the Corinthians, Paul explained:

"Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given to us the earnest of the Spirit." II Corinthians 5:5

We have only received the earnest (down payment) of the Spirit. The earnest was given to prepare us to receive the full payment, or the same anointing Jesus had in His life. Paul's explanation to the church at Ephesus makes this point even clearer:

"Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of His glory." Ephesians 1:14

The earnest (down payment) of the Spirit is only part of the full inheritance we are going to receive. What is our inheritance in God? Is it a place called heaven? Hardly! Our inheritance in God is the complete redemption of our bodies. We are His purchased possession, purchased by His shed blood. As Paul wrote to the Corinthians:

"For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." I Corinthians 6:20

That price was His death on the cross, and we are to glorify God in our bodies and spirit - - - or our life should bring glory to God in everything we do, say, and think. Our daily lives should be a preparation for the coming greater works anointing. Perhaps, then the world will see in us what it saw in Jesus.

"How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with Him." Acts 10:38

Luke explains, when the firstfruit of the Spirt came on the Day of Pentecost as cloven tongues of fire, it sat upon each of those in the Upper Room.

"And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them." Acts 2:3

When we are baptized in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit begins to cleanse and change our lives so we can grow and mature to become a cleansed vessel, ready to receive the `greater works anointing'. The Holy Spirit will not enter into an unclean vessel. Paul writes to the church at Rome about this greater works anointing:

"Now to Him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began," Romans 16:25

The mystery of this greater works anointing has been kept secret since the world began. Paul continues:

"But now is made manifest, and by the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:" Romans 16:26

Paul proclaims this mystery was hidden from the foundation of the world, but is now being made manifest (becoming clear or visible). Who is this mystery being made manifest to? It is being made manifest in all the nations to those who know the Scriptures of the prophets (the Old Testament).

We need to come to the understanding that a mystery is a revelation that has not yet been revealed. Well, this mystery has been revealed in this last day to all who are seeking God and His promises. Paul revealed this mystery to the church at Colosse:

"Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to His saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory." Colossians 1:26-27

The mystery that has been hidden from the foundation of the world, and is now being made manifest is: Christ in us! This is our hope of His glory being revealed in us. The `greater works anointing' will be when Christ the Anointing consumes our whole existence. This is when the waters from our inner most being will begin to flow out to all nations.

God has made many great and wonderful promises to those who are called in Christ Jesus before the world began. Paul quoted the prophet Isaiah when he declared:

"But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him." I Corinthians 2:9

The human mind cannot imagine, nor has man ever witnessed what God has planned for those who love Him and search for Him with their whole hearts. What is it that man has not seen or heard? It is the anointing God is going to pour out upon those who have made Him their all in all. Isaiah said the same thing, only he put it a little different.

"For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside Thee, what He hath prepared for him that waiteth for Him." Isaiah 64:4

This was God's promise to all those who are called, chosen, and elected from the foundation of the world. This is what Paul revealed to Timothy. He also revealed this in his letter to the church at Rome:

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28

These promises are not only made to those who love Him; they are made to those who wait for Him, and to those who are called according to His purpose. The Psalmist David was given insight to this same revelation:

"Oh how great is Thy goodness, which Thou hast laid up for them that fear Thee; which Thou hast wrought for them that trust in Thee before the sons of men!" Psalm 31:19

God has a people who are not ashamed to be called by His name. God has laid up a great treasure for those who fear Him, and have put their total trust in Him. So what is this great treasure God has laid up for those who love Him? Jesus informed His disciples:

"Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, Come, ye blessed of My Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world." Matthew 25:34

The treasure is the Kingdom of God, which He has prepared for those from the foundation of the world. But we cannot attain to the Kingdom without the greater works anointing. Only those who have this hope will attain to all the promises of God, because they are the only ones who have this hope, and are looking for the Kingdom. The Apostle James reveals this truth:

"Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love Him." James 1:12

We must endure temptation just as our example Jesus, who was tempted in all points as we are, but sinned not. Those who resist the temptations of the world will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to all those who love and honor Him in their life.

The crown of life is eternal life which God gave His creation man in the garden before man gave into the temptation of the devil and fell from the grace and mercy of God. Man is still giving into the wiles of the devil, and losing the crown of life.

We are given insight as to what we can expect if we, as God's elect, do as we are directed by the Word:

"In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto Me, and drink. He that believeth on Me, as the Scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." John 7:37-38

Jesus gave us the promise that those who believe on Him as the Scripture hath said. Most today believe in Jesus as their pastor has said, or as their denominational order has said. But do they know Jesus as the Scripture hath said?

We need to know Jesus as the Risen, Glorified, All Powerful Christ Jesus. If we know Him as the Father of Lights, then we have the promise that out of our bellies shall flow rivers of living waters. These living waters are the anointed Word of God; anointed with all power and authority.

Man has not witnessed this power and authority. The early church got a glimmer of this power and authority when Peter walked down the street. His shadow (aura of the Spirit) healed those the Spirit touched. Blind eyes were opened and men were raised from the dead - - - and these early apostles had only received the earnest of the Spirit God is going to pour out in its fullness in the days ahead. Paul informed the church at Corinth:

"And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:" I Corinthians 2:4

Paul's speech and preaching was not with enticing words. Today those who stand in the pulpits use enticing words so they will not upset those they are to teach.

When Paul stood in the pulpit, he came to demonstrate the Spirit and the power of God. If Paul demonstrated the Spirit and power of God with only the firstfruit anointing, can we even begin to imagine the power and authority that will be displayed in our lives when we receive the greater works anointing?

The living waters flowed out of his innermost being. Paul moved with the power of God in his life. Luke recorded when Paul passed through the Isle of Paphos, he encountered a false prophet who called himself, Barjesus, or the son of Jesus. When this false prophet came against Paul and Barnabas:

"Then Saul, who also is called Paul, filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him, and said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.

Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord." Acts 13:9-12

The living word that flowed out of Paul's innermost being brought life to the deputy Paul was witnessing to. The false prophet was put down, not by force, but by the anointed living Word Paul spoke with power and authority. This was a demonstration of the words that Eliphas, one of Job's friends, spoke when he revealed the power of God which will be coming in our lives when we receive the greater works anointing:

"Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways." Job 22:28

What Paul spoke was established because Paul had the power of God in His life. Paul understood this power, and used it for the glory of God, to produce life in the hearer.

God gave the prophet Ezekiel a vision of this living water God is going to bring forth in His people in these last days:

"Afterward He brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar." Ezekiel 47:1

The threshold of the house is where we enter into God's house. This water flowed from under the threshold toward the east. Looking to the east always reveals to us we should be looking toward the New Day.

Ezekiel witnessed a man who had a measuring line in his hand. Four times he measured one thousand cubits. When he made the first thousand cubit measurement, the water was only to the ankles. When he measured the second thousand cubits, the water was to the knees. When he measured the third thousand cubits, the water was to his loins. And when he measured the fourth thousand cubits, Ezekiel tells us:

"Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over." Ezekiel 47:5

His fourth thousand cubit measurement brought him to a river. The living waters had become the River of Life.

The man with the line in his hand was measuring our understanding of The Word of God.

When he made the first one thousand cubit measurement, the water was only to our ankles. This is where we begin to understand God's Word, and it begins to change our walk.

When he made the second one thousand cubit measurement, the water was to the knees. Our knees are what we bow with to our God. This is when we begin to humble ourselves before our God.

When he made the third one thousand cubit measurement, the water was to the loins. The loins represent the reproductive part of the body. This is when we begin to reproduce ourselves in our witness before God.

When he made the fourth one thousand cubit measurement, the water became a river of life that flowed out of the house of God, whose house we are. This will be when we become so absorbed in the living water that it will flow out of our innermost being, and will bring life to all it touches. We have yet to come into this place, but we know by God's Word this is what God has planned for His people.

Ezekiel continues his vision:

"Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other." Ezekiel 47:7

As Ezekiel stood on the banks of this river, he saw many trees on both sides of the river.

"Then said He unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed." Ezekiel 47:8

These waters issue toward the east country, or toward the New Day. And they go down into the desert, watering all the dried up areas of man's existence. And then this mighty river of life goes into the sea. The sea represents the sea of humanity which has become stagnant and lifeless because the Word of God has dried up in their midst. When these living waters reach the sea, God's word says these waters will be healed. What God is trying to reveal to us is that these living waters will bring healing to a thirsty world. Ezekiel then makes us a wonderful promise:

"And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh." Ezekiel 47:9

Wherever this river of living water flows it will bring life to everything it touches. Its healing power will produce life. All we will have to do is speak God's Word, and what we speak will be established. Ezekiel continues his revelation:

"And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine." Ezekiel 47:12

On both sides of the river there were trees. These are God's trees of righteousness who have their roots deep in the River of Life. These trees who have their roots in the River of Life will not fade, and their fruit will not be consumed (or come to an end) because their fruit is the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, etc. These produce fruit every month, and their fruit is for meat, or food. Food is the substance of life. Their leaves also shall be medicine to a sick and dying world.

Nothing will replace and rebuild what was lost in the garden except the Spirit anointed Word of God. This river of life is the same river that was shown to John on the Isle of Patmos:

"And He shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations." Revelation 22:1-2

John was shown a pure river of life. This is the pure, unadulterated Word of God that will flow from the innermost being of God's elect. Everywhere John looked he saw the trees of life. These are the same trees Ezekiel saw on both sides of the river. These trees had the twelve fruit of the Spirit in their lives: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance, patience, lowliness, and righteousness. These fruit were being produced in their lives continually.

And as Ezekiel proclaimed, " . . . their leaves were for the healing of the nations. . .". These leaves were medicine for a sick and dying world. The leaves of the tree reveal what kind of tree it is. We also look at the green leaves as the sign the tree has life. Those whom God has ordained from the foundation of the world will show the life of God. And it is the life of God that will heal the nations. And it is these trees of righteousness who will show the world the way back to the Garden of Eden, and the eternal God. Anything this pure river of life touches will be healed.

God is pouring out His judgment on a wicked, degenerate world. The prophet Isaiah spoke of those who will be part of this living water ministry:

"With my soul have I desired Thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek Thee early: for when Thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness." Isaiah 26:9

God's judgments are in the world, and it is by the leaves of God's trees of righteousness, the world will witness righteousness and its blessings from God.

Summary:

We began to identify the God and the Spirit of Genesis 1:1-2. We have discovered they are the same. God and the Spirit are the Word, and His name is Christ Jesus. As we study further in God's Word in reference to Christ Jesus, we come to understand God's whole plan of salvation is made complete in Christ Jesus.

It is not this writer's intention to diminish the role of Jesus Christ in God's eternal plan. Without His dying on the cross to save sinners, there would be no plan of salvation for mankind. But it is time to move on from the cross, to recognize our Saviour in His position as Christ Jesus, the Father, and the power in our lives. We need to have this power working in our lives daily so He can fulfill His will in each of our lives. As the beloved John reveals:

"But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name:" John 1:12

Jesus gave us His power, so we too can become the sons of God and can stand on each side of the River of Life as His trees of righteousness. Some of the last words Jesus spoke to His disciples were:

"And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know." John 14:4

The words Jesus spoke to His original disciples are the same words He is speaking to His disciples today. We know where He went, and we know the way to get to where He is, and that is to follow in His steps through his anointed Word.

Jesus died to show us the way. If we miss it, we can only blame ourselves. We need to seek His will and His way ever day of our lives. Praise the Lord!

As Jesus promised, He will be perfected in His saints on the Third Day

The former rain (Pentecost) was only poured out moderately. This is the firstfruit anointing, the earnest, (down payment)of our inheritance. But God's prophetic Word declares we will receive the early and latter rain together in the first month, or at the beginning of the New Day.  Zion

God is about to pour out His rain upon His body, not the early rain, nor the latter rain, but the early and latter rain together. The early and latter rain is the Double Portion Anointing God is going to pour out upon His body. Those who receive the early and latter rain anointing will become bright clouds. They will display God's glory to shine forth into all the earth. Clouds

Through a study of the book of Job, we discover twelve things in Job's life God had to correct before He could pour out His double portion blessing. [See "Job, the End Time Son" by G. Kirkpatrick].

It is the last day Elijah ministry that will bring forth the Double Portion Ministry

Those who have never taken their eyes off the Elijah ministry are standing at the river of death, ready to overcome all the old fleshly nature. They are ready for the Elijah ministry to part the waters that they may cross over on dry ground. They are being prepared to receive their double portion anointing of the Spirit. This anointing will be poured out without measure.

God has great and mighty things planned for those who are planted by the living water, whose whole desire is to become His Tree of Life.
