An Open Letter to the Body of Christ: Executive Orders! November 1, 2008
Most of us have heard of `executive orders'. An executive order is an unconstitutional order written by the President: and if these orders are not contested in thirty days, they stand as part of the law of the land. The following executive orders have been used since the early `80's and before. The following executive orders are only a few of the executive orders that are on the books:
Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly thirty (30) years, and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990
allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaportsEXECUTIVE ORDER 10995
allows the government to seize and control the communication mediaEXECUTIVE ORDER 10997
allows the government to take over all electrical, power, gas, petroleum, fuels and mineralsEXECUTIVE ORDER 10998
allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind, and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterwaysEXECUTIVE ORDER 10999
allows the government to take over all food resources and farmsEXECUTIVE ORDER 11000
allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervisionEXECUTIVE ORDER 11001
allows the government to take over all health, education, and welfare functionsEXECUTIVE ORDER 11002
designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all personsEXECUTIVE ORDER 11003
allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraftEXECUTIVE ORDER 11004
allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designates areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populationsEXECUTIVE ORDER 11005
allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilitiesThese, and other executive orders, have been written to become effective in the case of a national emergency. Look again at Executive Order 11004 which states ". . . to establish locations for the populations. . .". With other information we have received, we discover the devastating consequences of such an order:
Quoted sources states: ". . . consider that there are 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to be occupied. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States, and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation, and the Attorney General's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. These camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility, and can hold approximately 2 million people." End of quote
So you can see things have been set up to handle a national emergency, and you may say, "What is wrong with that?" Well, the last few national emergencies, such as in Oklahoma City, the trade centers in New York, the Pentagon building, etc have all been `suspect' as to who was responsible. Another `suspected' national emergency could bring all these executive orders into enactment. We know all these executive orders would give the President total, dictatorial powers. This makes one wonder why in May of 2007 the President found it necessary to make a "National Security Presidential Direction" which reads:
New Legislation signed on May 9, 2007, declares that in the event of a `catastrophic event', the President can take total control over the government and the country, bypassing all other levels of government at the state, federal, local, territorial, and tribal levels, and thus ensuring total, unprecedented dictatorial power.
It was reported that a high level group of government and military officials have been quietly preparing an emergency survival program named "The Day After", which would effectively end civil liberties and implement a system of martial law in the event of a catastrophic attack on a U.S. city.
You may ask yourself, "What are they preparing?" This unconstitutional directive would give the President total dictatorship over the entire nation, and Congress would have no say so whatsoever. Can you say this would be total dictatorship?
Again, it makes one wonder what the government has planned for those who put their trust in "Big Brother." For the first time in this nation's history, a black President has been elected by a large victory, with ninety-five percent of the black population voting for this President. Now we need to ask, "What would happen if something happened to their black messiah?" There has already been a plot on his life, which the police and FBI found out about, and were able to arrest the instigators. We need to ask ourselves, "What would happen if another plot did not fail, but was successful?" God forbid this would happen, but what would be the result if it did? The black community in every city would erupt. This national catastrophe would enable the President to declare Martial Law, and all the executive orders and national security directions which the President has written into law would be automatically put into effect. The President would have total, dictatorial power, and King George would remain, not as the President, but as Emperor. This could also come about with the financial collapse of our economy, or with a nuclear attack, or other such event that would cause Martial Law.
