Many are aware, and many are not aware, of the lawsuit filed by Philip Berg, former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, concerning Obama's legal right to be President of the United States. Obama and Democratic National Convention claim he was born in Hawaii, but the evidence all points to the fact he was born in Kenya, Africa. Obama and the DNC had thirty days to answer this charge, but they simply ignored the lawsuit. According to Rule # 36 of the Civil Procedure Code, if the charge is not answered, then the parties are assumed guilty. But Obama and DNC asked a Federal Judge to dismiss the case. This Judge Surrick did, believing this would put an end to the matter. But Philip Berg appealed the case to the Supreme Court, Case # 08-570, filed October 31, 2008: Philip Berg versus Barach Obama. The Supreme Court must now decide if Obama is eligible to be President. If they find he was not born in the United States, then he cannot be sworn in as President.
Obama has a Hawaiian birth certificate, but those who know about such things say, this birth certificate is forged. Sarah Obama, Barach Obama's grandmother in Kenya, stated she was in the room in Kenya Hospital when Obama was born. But the government has told Obama's relatives to be quiet about the matter. If Obama was born in Kenya, then he is not eligible to be President.
Another fact that factors into this is that when Obama was six years old, his mother married an Indonesian by the name of Centero. At that time Obama was enrolled in an Indonesian school under the name of Berry Centero. So Obama must have been adopted by his step-father, which makes him a citizen of Indonesia. If his name had not been legally changed, then he would still be Berry Centero, and a citizen of Indonesia. When Obama was twenty, he went to Pakistan on his Indonesian passport, so he was at that time a citizen of Indonesia.
There are serious problems that must be settled by the Supreme Court. One may ask, "Why has this not been brought out by the news media? Why has the DNC covered up these facts?" It is because the news media, the DNC, and Obama are guilty of this fraud.
So we may ask, "What could happen if Obama is declared by the Supreme Court to be ineligible to be President?" Needless to say, this would be an unprecedented event in this nation's history. It is hard to say what the Supreme Court's decision will be. If they follow the Constitution, and find Obama not a United States citizen, it would be their sworn duty to declare him ineligible to become President. If he is able to prove his birthplace as Hawaii, then he will become the 44th President of the United States.
If Obama is not declared a United States born citizen, then several scenarios could happen. Biden could be declared President, or the election could be declared as a fraud, naming McCain as President. Or a new election could be called for. Whatever the case, if Obama is declared ineligible to become President, this could cause riots in every city and state in the union.
We know the black community consider Obama as their Messiah. Many would take this decision as a personal affront to their cause. The riots that would ensue would make the riots of the `60's look like a picnic. All these events would cause a national emergency, and President Bush could use this national emergency to enact all the executive orders passed over the last thirty years. He would also be able to enact his National Security Presidential Directive signed into law, May 9, 2007. This directive reads:
"New legislation signed on May 9, 2007, declares that in the event of a "catastrophic event," the President can take total control over the government and the country, bypassing all other levels of government at the state, federal, local, territorial and tribal levels, and thus ensuring total, unprecedented dictatorial power."
George Bush would have dictatorial powers over the whole United States. His power would be backed by the U.S. Army, the one million UN troops in this nation, and the use of Canadian armed forces used for crowd control.
The final result would take us into a one-world government. The dollar would be replaced by the Amero, and we would live in a whole, new world.
As God's people, we need to renew our relationship with our Saviour, Jesus Christ. He is, in reality, our only hope.
