My Hope Is In You

Lord all my hope is in You.
I ask for a heart that is
faithful and true.

If you don't do it,
it won't get done.
For my heart is deceitful,
from the rising of the sun.

I've learned the worst enemy,
that I have is me.
A frightening thought,
for there's no where to flee.

But a table You prepared for me,
in the presence of mine enemy.
And heavens greatest provision,
is Your Blood that cover's me.

So keep a tight reign,
on my wayward heart.
May my faith be a shield,
against fiery dart's.

Come what may,
my hope is in you.
If it's left up to me,
there's nothing I can do.
