The River Of Life

Lord, I want to swim
in the River of Life
And be lost in the flow
that conquer's strife.

I want to be one
with the rush of Your power.
That flows throughout this nation
in Your final hour.

I want to pull people in
that are wasting away.
And bring health to their flesh
that was suffering decay.

To see the health of their
countenance, shining bright,
As they fall face down
in the River of Life.

Crystal clear waters
that will heal every sore.
A heavenly balm
for heart's that are tore.

The fragrance of heaven
is around every bend.
For the River of Life
is even in the wind.

Lord take me down under
in the deepest part.
Through crystal clear waters
may I see the River's heart.

A channel of love
that has cut through sin,
If it's freedom your longing for,
wait no longer

Step in!
