The Gardner's Way

Oh beautiful Garden,
where once my Savior lay,
A cup placed in His hand
for a debt He came to pay.

Oh beautiful Garden,
as He drank the cup down...
Did you feel drops of blood
soak into the ground?

Oh beautiful Garden
where He stood one day...
as they came and took him
to carry him away.

Oh beautiful Garden
did you look on in grief,
as He hung on that cross
between the two thieves?

Oh beautiful Garden
He was placed in a grave,
in a tomb that His own father
had clave.

Oh beautiful Garden,
did you hear angels shout
as the stone from the tomb
rolled away!
