Get Up

Tempted and tried by the enemy
Until my poor heart was worn

I lay in a heap of sorrow
Until a promise in my heart was born

If I can get up on the inside
I can get up on the out

Though my foes of hell stand round me
They can't withhold me from Christ shout

For He said come forth, courageous
And this too shall pass away

For you were bought and paid for
By the Ancient of Day

They cannot keep you captive
If you point them to the Blood

Lifting high the Name of Jesus
That will stem their hellish flood

So don't take it lying down
I AM with you in this bout

If you can get up on the inside
You can get up on the out!
