Boneset Tea Flu Preventive

when one is exposed to the threat of colds and flu, you will hardly ever get a cold if you use boneset tea on a daily basis. Steep 1 Tablespoon in 1 cup boiling water for 30-35 mintues. Mix with mild spearmint or peppermint tea to effectively break up common cold.   For cold or flu preventative, steep fresh or dried boneset leaves in cold water for 6 - 12 hours, and take a cold quarter cup twice a day.
